It was good to get back out to the local pistol range this afternoon and shoot. I have always enjoyed shooting and have missed the self competition as well as the stress relief that punching holes in targets brings me.
The range, to which I belong, is private and has a limited number of members this allows me the opportunity to shoot when I want without having to wait in line for a free bay… well most of the time. I continually recommend target shooting to my friends as a hobby and as a sport. Anyone can get involved in shooting because it does not have a difficult learning curve, but one should seek instruction from skilled, certified range staff.
